It's aways a very positive experience renting a U-Haul vehicle from Quickway Diner & Quickway Self Storage, The vehicles are in excellent condition and the rental process is quick.
Edward AI rented this trailer to move a lawnmower. The mower has a 54 in deck. So I order a 5 by 9 trailer. However the available trailer space is not 5 by 9. So the lawnmower did not fit. I had to return the trailer the same evening and then rent a 6 by 12 trailer. I wish the sizing would be based an available storage space

NICHOLAS OThe trailer wasn’t properly maintained. It was rented for 3 days and broke down on the highway on the first day. The complete axle came off and could have resulted in a terrible accident. Items in the trailer were broken as a result and we were traumatized by the incident. It had to be towed from the location and we didn’t receive a replacement. They called for the towing and then lost track of the trailer which resulted in them claiming that we never returned it and we kept getting calls regarding its whereabouts. We were supposed to receive a refund and to date it hasn’t been processed. What a horrible experience. Nobody has taken accountability and we had to pay additional to rent another vehicle to complete our move. Shame on U-Haul!
