Jordan PI only rented 1 dolly, but I was charged for not returning a second dolly. I was charged for 2 dozen blankets and was only given 1. When I reserve a uhaul and my equipment, maybe uhaul should prepare the rental according to my app reservation. I dont have time to verify and correct uhaul mistakes the morning of the rental. The office is understaffed and waiting in line for 1 person to fix several people's problem is nothing more than a result of uhaul not wanting to spend any money to make the customer experience better.
DAVID TSo, the people weren't helpful as there were no people. There's a key box and a bunch of equipment. I walked all the way to the back of the area and no one was there. I guess with the app, you don't really need anyone anymore - so, if you don't need to talk to someone - great place.
