U-Haul need to update their system on getting the key for the truck we had to talk to three different people it took us an hour and a half to get the key to the truck this is not acceptable cuz it put us behind

It was not obvious where to drop the trailer or even where the office is. After un-hooking the empty trailer, it started to roll. Then an employee came to help push the trailer back into place and chock the tires. Fortunately, a serious accident was not caused by the trailer hitting something. We should never have to do that alone, especially since the lot is slopped. The Snead location is flat and dirt so trailers will not roll away.
Jim SThey sent me to place 30 min from my house to becthere at 11 am and the place didn't even open till 1 pm then the store opened late so u didn't get out of there with the trailer till 2
