Supposed to have an appliance dolly in the truck as I was picking it up at 8:00 AM and the business doesn't open until 11:00 AM. I called the day before to confirm and was told that the appliance dolly was loaded into the truck. It was not yet I was charged for them. Very frustrating!

Great people would recommend
Daltyn SI had reserved a truck at the Cleveland Al. location but got sent a email last min. stating that the pick up location had been changed to the Blountsville location which added several miles to my bill. Not happy about that but could not do anything about it due to it being a Sunday.

GLORIA NU-Haul need to update their system on getting the key for the truck we had to talk to three different people it took us an hour and a half to get the key to the truck this is not acceptable cuz it put us behind
