The rental truck was so unsafe, that i even had a friend who is a State Trooper, inspect it, because this truck was so far out of alignment, that the steering wheel was turned to the right and the truck would go straight!!! When I encountered bumps in the road while driving, the truck would veer so badly all over the road!!! The State Trooper said that this truck should not be driven because the alignment is so far off, it is unsafe for the road!!!!! This was an unacceptable rental!!!

MICHAEL BIt had nothing to do w lube stop. They are always so great to deal with. Very Professional. But I had a truck that was a problem from the beginning. No a/c. On one of hottest days. Then transmission issue. Resulted in me renting an additional truck and wasting much of my time and energy by going back and forth to locations and calling for service. I really think the right thing to do is refund me the whole cost of the original truck bc it didn’t function and also a refund on new truck I was forced to rent my move took way longer than it should have bc I had to remove myself to deal with the uhaul issues. That said the people were all very nice and pleasant to deal with but the truck experience was very negative Kelly Kilpatrick 330-360-889&
