Terrible experience - the truck's engine light was on and when I told the person she said not to worry about it. That was a concern. When I dropped off the truck, earlier than anticipated, I filled the truck pass the full level to be sure. I got a bill for an extra $25 cleaning fee, I was shocked, not about the $25, but I could not imagine what was dirty. When I called, the person was rude and said that I left the truck filthy, I said that could not be. She sent a picture that had a few leaves in the back. I did not notice when I dropped off, but it could not have taken more than 30 seconds to sweep out. I asked her to do the right thing and refund the $25, particularly due to the small amount of leaves and the fact that I put in extra gas at my expense. She refused and told me that I should have done the right thing. What a terrible thing to say to a customer, I found her condescending and rude - all over $25. She said she didn't care, she sold the business and I was just one bad apple.

Daniel MMary’s professionalism makes this location a pleasure for repeat business. Not significant, but since you requested comments for improvement for the next customer; The tailgate pins could use some lubrication to make them easier to remove.
DJUANA PDrop off was not in Boerne. This was a one way to Green Valley.
