The location was easy to find and had ample room for parking. We returned our truck using the self service procedure. This went fairly smoothly, particularly compared to the ordeal we went through to puck up our truck at a different location two days earlier.
Nathan P.I dropped off the truck on the third day and the man that handles the uhaul department wasn't there. It wasn't entered into the system until the next day and I got a late charge. He told me it was because I hadn't brought it back the morning of the third day. I thought I could bring it back on the third day as advertised. I left a cash deposit when I picked up the truck, and now I'm being mailed a check for 60$ instead of 100$. I'm not happy with the ending of my experience, but I'm also not going to make a big deal out of it.
