Location was closed on a Monday when we returned the trailers. It's now Thursday and the trailers we dropped off are in the same spot and look untouched. Why would you have a drop off location and not be open?!

Supposed to drop off the trailer at 10 AM. Location closed, repeated calls unanswered ,, not at all clean or pleasant. Had to spend another 20 minutes on the phone, 10 minutes waiting 10 minutes walking through things in a location with very minimal Internet service, to try and check the trailer in online. Horrible horrible location. I was able to submit online, but the invoice they sent me shows is zero balance, and never shows the initial charges having been paid. Very disappointed with this experience. The trailer handled well, but that's about the only thing that went smoothly.

William M.I reserved a 5x8 and was given a 6x12 because ‘that's all they had' at the location even though I made a reservation. Then when I returned the trailer I was charged for a 6x12. NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS OR EMAILS FOR A CORRECTION OF THIS. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
