I wouldn't recommend uhaul, in general, to anyone anymore. It was so expensive to rent a small truck to travel a few hours to pick up a desk. For $50 an hour, I would expect the truck to have all the bells and whistles. However, it had a crank window, no cruise, and no bench seat. I didn't even talk to a real person when renting out the truck. I did it all myself on my phone. All of that would have been ok, but not for the price.

Was a bit odd that no one was in the office during the hours stated, but luckily the phone call made per directions on the door did get answered for my instructions on what to do & where to leave the equipment.
