I was very pleased with the attention and service at "American Appliance" where I picked up the Rental and with the U-Haul on-line experience! This is a repeat Rental and plan to use this location and U-Haul every time.

STUART DIt was after hours when we dropped off everything. But overall our experience with UHAUL was AWFUL from pickup to the end! Our order wasn’t even at said location we were told to go, we were then sent into town to a 2nd location to pickup, only to be informed all we could pick up there was the actual truck. We were then told we would have to go all the way to Moneta, VA to pickup the car trolley. That was an hour away, so we had to change times etc just to be able to pick it up! The 2nd location also informed us they didn’t have appliance hand trucks, so we never even got that! And when we got to pickup the car trolley, no one helped us attach it to our vehicle like we were told they would help. We will NEVER deal with UHAUL again!
