Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWorst overall experience dealing with uhaul. First thing, change my pickup date to the wrong date. Put it for a month. Instead of the day that I needed. Then proceeded to tell me that the trailer that I requested was no longer available. And forced me to pay for a larger trailer, which was not needed.
Frederick WDid not get a hand truck a request need a refund of $ 16.00
Christian BI would probably recommend sending the customer the correct address and if there is any changes to the address s I would think informing the customer would be the right move. The trailer was great but like it was incredibly annoying showing up and the guy has no trailers and is confused why I am there. Then we call traffic and he sends me to a location where the guy doesn't expect anyone to be coming. Both workers at both locations were awesome but your emails and texts suck
Andrew RMy biggest problem was with the load and share program who put me in a very unsafe situation
