They over charged me I only used the used haul to drive 0.5 miles to the location where I needed to go moved two couches another 0.7 miles only 2 trips not sure how they charged me for 20 miles Do not recommend

Angelica aDifficult location to access. Hard time at counter with multiple verifications. Was charged $30 cleaning fee on return.
Yvette HLuckily someone was there when I went to pick up the truck because the site didn't register my rental. The Uhaul itself only had.1/2 a tank when started. I had issues with the app when returning the truck, I had to input the information about 6 times till it got to the questionnaire, by that time we had already turned in the keys so we couldn't take a photo of the odometer. It seemed like the last person to use the truck also had issues with the self return, the person assisting us mentioned the car wasn't returned which is another reason it wasn't showing up on the app
