No heat in the truck also paid for a hand truck and it wasn’t in the back like I was told it was the gas wa s almost on empty and was told to put gas in the way it was horrible customer service and I was outside in the freezing cold talking through a small window the office was pretty big with a heater inside while I was standing outside nope not again with this place

YEANNTEE JApparently some was sleeping in the van or living in it cause I found blankets and shoes in the van.
WALY RBroken seat, no heat. I also contacted customer service before picking up about listing an approved driver and followed their instructions to place the order, then go into the order and find a section where you could add a driver, which there was not from what I could tell. So I added it to the notes. When he showed up for counter pickup, there was confusion about him not being an approved driver, which was resolved but took some time. Overall just a poor experience.
