The check in was without any instructions or reminders of the vehicle itself. Would have preferred for the attendant to walk out to the truck and offer a demonstration or reminder on how to operate some features for example the roll down door, location of gas tank, mirrors, climate control etc. Good to be reminded that the speedometer is in miles not kilometers. For those of us who don't operate large vehicles regularly the physical inspection with the attendant would have be preferred.

Normally happy with this location. Truck smelled heavily of gas. Short trip so luckily I could lower the windows. Not the owner's fault. But I was charged insurance coverage when I specifically said no to it when he asked. It was a small trip less than 20km to move some equipment. What should have cost 30 cost 50. Disappointed with the cost for such a small job
