I was in line 30 minutes to return my vehicle, when I walked in there were customers slouched over on stacks of boxes they’d been there so long. The girl at the counter was warp slow ,the general manager came out of the office a time or two but didn’t try and help. I’m 51 years old and this is the first review I’ve ever even thought about doing.

I was not given an overview of the truck nor was a body inspection taken. The employees were nice.

I did not like that the employee told me/demanded I need to return the vehicle as soon as possible so she could possibly rent it to someone else when the rentals are for 24 hours. It was a huge inconvenience having to rush back to meet her demands. Never had this problem with other moving truck rental companies. She told me that she was going to "allow me" to take it for more 12 hours but that I could call back and ask to extend the time a little bit. Like I dont have enough other things going on. If the rentals are for 24 hours, employees shouldn't demand the customers bring them back in half the time. I am not sure I'd ever use uhaul again.

I was charged a fulls day rate but I had to return equipment within 12 hours and then I overfilled gas take because rental trucks gas gauge was reading the amount of gas I had put in wrong causing me to over fill.

Location had one person working at the time I needed to pick up the truck. I waited over 25 minutes and then my co worker waited another 30 minutes before we could get the truck to the high school.

On October 27, 2018 , I went to this uhaul center for the rental of a 10 feet truck. The truck was not available at the time I wanted it which was the following day Saturday morning, I was told that one could be available but I would have to call in the morning, which I did. One gentleman answered the phone and was completely unprofessional and was not being helpful with the issue. He just didn’t want me to go get the truck which was available at that time. He said that he would call someone to verify and that I should wait for a call back. The call never came. I showed up later that morning and Ms. Jacklyn Guerra assisted me with the truck, but when I told her about what happened earlier she pretended she didn’t know anything, that someone from somewhere else answered the call and that she was not aware of what had happened. Eventually she pulled out her phone and realized that she got the message and that she did nothing about it. I’m completely disappointed with your costumer service and which is worse the lack of honesty in your store.

Reserved a car hauler a week in advance online when I arrived they had none the gentleman that helped me was nice and apologetic but it was really coincidental that someone retuned one about thirty mins after I arrived then my rental was processed incorrectly as in town and when I returned it in San Antonio they told me that it was going to be three times what I had already paid I then called the San Antonio traffic number and the customer service rep was apologetic and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem

Talk to this cashier and remind her that her primary job is to deliver excellent customer service to all the customers since they aren’t many coming in and out all the time so each customer that comes in and out of that door counts for referrals or for the customer to come back

I have rented over 6 trailers in the last 3yrs,and had never gone through what I did with this location.I rented my trailer on a Friday morning 8/31/2018 and returned it Saturday morning my husband was told to leave the trailer outside with the employee since there were short handed and there were like 3customers ahead of him,so he did and we would be charged around $42.00 for the 24hr rental. Monday 9/3/2018 (Labor Day) morning we are trying to pay for our groceries and our card is being declined I checked my bank account and I realized there is a hold on my card for the amount of $308.71from U-haul and realized I have been charged overdraft fees frm my bank because of this hold. Well I call the location and it goes straight to the call center in another state spoke to a rep explain my situation and puts me on hold for 10 min and than hangs up on me, I call again explaining everything again out on hold and get transfer again to someone who had no idea why I was transfer to her,and here I go explaining my issue for the 5th or so to be told we can't help u but send the manager Jackie frm that location a msg to call u back tomorrow.The following day she calls me and tells me that the trailer was not returned and that was the reason for the hold. I explain how my husband was told to leave trailer there and who he spoke to, she said let me check my cameras and I will call u back and let u know.Till this day 9/25th she NEVER returned my call me or have the courtesy to let me know what happened my husband and I would leave msgs with the call center for her to return our call since they don't answer in her location at least 10 msgs .The only reason I know she found the trailer it's because I received an email receipt saying we did Returned the trailer.Now my concerned was for them to release the hold and who would pay for my overdraft fees from my bank which were 2 of 35.00 each,$70.00 I try to get my bank to release the hold and it was out of there hands to do so and just wait and see when the funds would be released well I had that hold for 21days yes 3weeks not being able to used my money because someone wasn't doing there job. Worst experience ever and for that so called manager so unprofessional not returning ur customers calls even if it was ur fault u need to always face the truth and not hide and try to make it right.
