great place, very clean & organized! the only thing to make it a 10 would be to provide cleaning supplies to clean the storage room after moving out! other than that I definitely recommend it!

maria a | Overall ExperienceA pipe above my unit was repaired and all of my belongings were covered in tar from the cast iron pipe, and debris from the ceiling. I told a staff member and she said she would let the manager know to contact me. No one ever contacted me. There seemed to be traces of dried up water damage on my boxes and as well.

Arnold F | Overall ExperienceThere was only one person at the Victoria location. I was under the impression if you make a reservation it would be faster service. Not only was I there for an hour but he was looking for the keys most of the time and the truck wasn’t fully ready. Not fully blaming the person but more efficient service needs to be practiced. Other locations as well you see employees lack sense of urgency and most of their time on their phones.
