Had trouble with computer program when we arrived. Than didn't have the utility dolly we requested. Truck smelled like cigarettes and dog hair everywhere. Check engine light on. Sent us to another U-Haul for the dolly and they wouldn't give us one because we didn't rent through them. Driver several extra miles from uhual location to U-Haul location looking for a dolly. Finally found one for sale at a U-Haul store. Cost me $65 instead of renting one for $15
