Employees were friendly and polite but had no idea how to check me in for the rental. Was in there for almost 45 minutes trying to get the rental agreement done.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStaff was great to work with both picking it up and also dropping off when I was done. Thank you so much! You made my life so much easier!!
DEBORAH HI reserved a U-Haul trailer online, but when I arrived at the location, no employee there had access to the computer to complete my reservation. I was handed a business card and told to call the number on the card for help, but no one answered the phone. After waiting and trying to figure out what do a different employee finally came in and was able to get me the trailer. What should have been a quick pick up took far too long. On top of that no one helped to ensure the trailer was properly hooked up to my vehicle. From past U-Haul rentals, I know employees normally preform at least a basic inspection for safety, but that did not happen here. When I opened the trailer, it was infested with ants and extremely dirty with grease and oil, as if it had been used to haul an engine and never cleaned. Since it was the trailer size I needed, I just took it to the carwash myself, so I was able to use it. Overall, this location was unprofessional, unhelpful, and provided equipment in poor condition. I would not recommend renting from this location.
