first told me he did not have one, then said he had a larger one, an upgrade if you will. NO NO NO Finally said he had it but it was "blocked in" then get it out I have had this ordered early enough that this should have already been done. So he said he would have it out when we got there and to call him when we were in LLano and would have someone there to meet us and take care of it. US is JUST me age 81 and grand daughter so needless to say we were not your typical customers. Called when we got to Llano, no we texted as he said he could not answer that phone number, he called back to say it was out and ready, there would be someone there. Got to his place, no one there so we CALLED the number he could not answer but he did. He said he will call us right back, on a different phone. Was rude when he called back, so what do you need? THE TRUCK DUH!!!! oh yea it is there, gave us number of truck and location. Then we had to do paper work over phone, got that done and he warned us that it needed to be turned in NO LATER than 12 noon on Monday which was Labor Day and the place was closed, told us we had 335 miles to get it there but I told him the stuff was in Burnet, up there and back would take part of that 335 anyway we had to call him back as he did not tell us where the key was, he was irritated biut he told us where it was however we had to ask him how we needed to get it out. LIKE PULLING TEETH Finally on our way but my goodness he could have had someone there and it would have gone a lot smoother, and we took pics of the inside of truck. Also truck had not been cleaned at all and we never saw him thus the reason for answers to questions

Bobby LIt was a very positive and easy experience.
Eric OTerry Crow was very helpful and made returning the truck very easy. He seemed appreciative to have our business.
Wendy HVery disappointed with the location, looks like a junkyard, limited space for Uhaul equipments.
