Excellent custom service at delivery and drop off. Truck was very clean and in good condition. Staff at this location was very friendly and helpful!
Lacretia G.I tried to do the 24 hour check in but hit a snag (why in the world would you ask for my passport but not tell me to bring it with me, clearly I'm not at home/in a foreign country/crossing a border, why would I have it on me?). Thankfully, the wonderful man who works at this location was there and helped me. HE is the reason this was a great experience...not because of your ridiculous app. Oh the app gave me an option of showing my lease agreement...I own my house. It also gave the option of verifying my employer, it was a Sunday and I'm a teacher. Come on UHAUL, do better.

KIM N.There were no secure plastic pieces (as shown in your emailed diagram) for the safety chains on this trailer. I had to stop and buy reinforcements. I asked the very helpful gentleman why this was and was informed “they're missing, haven't got replacements yetâ€. Guy was top notch with backing me up to trailer and even hooking it up and unhooking when I returned. It was unfortunate I had to take time to locate and be out of pocket for a piece of equipment that should have been rental ready.
