The agent was more than helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Although we misunderstood the opening time (arriving one hour before opening) he went out of his way to get us going. The truck was clean and ready and we were in the way in a short amount of time. Employees like this are very hard to find and should be valued.

Upon return the attendant should assess whether a cleaning fee will be charged. They don't mention this. I returned vehicle cleaned and was still charged. Deceptive business tactic!

Shawn FGregory was so friendly and helpful on the phone, and he and his coworker continued that in person. A truly wonderful experience, thank you so much! (Side note: we've used U-haul a few times in the past few years, and it's been so great. ESPECIALLY good when there's an in-person experience (ran into an issue in the past with the mobile option). Please keep your in-person options alive... they are beloved!)
