I can't comment about the above 3 items. I dropped off the truck late at 10pm the next day. Which I was supposed to drop it off at 8am. They called me, they said it was ok but drop it off at a certain location by 10pm that night. Another customer needed that truck. The place was closed when I dropped it off. Great experience.

Zaher CThe wait time was a bit long but place was very busy. Other than that, service was good and staff was friendly and polite.
Roland BI booked/reserved 12 blankets. They only had 3. Very frustrating to have movers lined up and waiting but unable to provide adequate protection for our stuff. I would never pick up a rental for moving at a neighbourhood depot again. I would rate uhaul at 3 out of 10 as a result. Very dissapointing.
