I filled up the gas tank way more than when I got it on accident. I should be credited for that gasoline.

I requested a one-way truck and trailer pickup in Bellingham, WA and the one I was given was 30 miles south.
Anthony KThe trailer we were assigned was not in good shape. We noticed at a stop along the way that the tires were not tracking correctly. It should not have been assigned to anyone! We were able to get swapped out at another U-haul location. The person who gave us the trailer initially should have inspected it before sending it out on the road!
David MI got charged for fuel I didn’t use. I received the truck with just under a half tank and I returned it at a half tank, therefore I returned it with more fuel than I received it with. I also cleaned out the cargo area when I didn’t even use it. The truck also had a check engine light on with a message concerning the evap system. I would not recommend this location and I would recommend U-haul corporate revoke their contract with Abby’s mini storage. The manager has a poor attitude and wasn’t personable at all.
