Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe traction control was faulty. I was forced to switch locations to this location because original location did not have a working truck
terrance kThe truck sounded like a drove like it was on its last leg. U-Haul changed my reservation last minute to a pickup location over 30 min away and then charged me the mileage on it all…ended up getting a truck from Penske same day after they wouldn’t let me extend my rental and got a 24hr rental same size truck for 1/2 what U-Haul charged. Will not be using U-Haul ever again. Penske earned my business!
CAMERON ECustomer was so satisfied with the service, and not the expensive. I would recommend this to anyone I know. I have been using Uhaul many times and will keep using the service.
Bessma AA U-Haul employee called and asked where my trailer was. I returned it to the same location that I rented from when I said I would return it. didn’t hear back from that worker.
