The drop off location was good, the man was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Would definitely recommend the drop off location, but do not recommend the pick up location and was extremely disappointed!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMan only said, "You're good" to us when we brought the vehicle in, nothing else. Very weird
Martha CNot a curb appeal place. Main building (separate from trucks) not open.
Matthew TThe employee helped to unhook the toy hauler, which was good. Then he said to us,"You're good." And then walked away.
Martha CWe dropped off the truck and tailor on a Saturday morning around 9 AM. The address on the contract was not the correct drop off location, the attendant that we talked to had to direct us to an abandoned gas station one block from the address on the contract. There was no one there to receive the truck and trailer but there was a drop box that we finally located after searching for at least 10 minutes. There was not a U-Haul sign or U-Haul trucks and trailers at the front of the location to indicate a U-Haul dealer, it was very confusing to say the least.
