The pick-up location was a small grocery store, the clerk did his best to help me and was nice. The truck was behind the bldg and the gas cap was off and only a quarter tank of gas was left, not a full tank. The passenger mirror was defective and kept moving around so l could not see cars on that side of the truck, l stopped a few times to adjust it. The truck was squeezed in very tightly to a residential back ally, it took a few attempts to manuever the truck out of a very tight spot between other vehicles.

Kristine LThe area has no visible signs to say it's a u-haul location. After checking in the unit was was located after a brief walk around the building across the back end of the shopping area to the alley where it was parked. The cab was not wiped down and there was small debris in the dash holders, the floor mats had muddy tracks on them. The cargo area hadn't been cleaned and there was sandy soil on the floor.
Juran GBusy shop for miscellaneous items, not specifically for uhaul. Not very impressive but it is ok to pick or drop a truck.
Abid RThey charged me almost almost $42 more that’s not fair at all. I will never go there again & not going to recommend anyone. He is so slow while I was going to reserve the truck & zero knowledge about the U haul policy.
