The person at this location was amazing. He made the return as easy as he could considering it was an open and active restaurant as well. The parking was limited for the truck returning but it was enough for me to be able to park.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVehicle cab was dirty as was the box (sand everywhere). Didn’t seem like a post inspection was done after the last rental.
BRADY NI was very impressed with Nove Diner and Coffee location - this was my first time using this location. Pick up and drop off were super easy. They will be my go-to in the future. Thanks.
Paul RFan control knob not working. Window crank broken
Patrick WI reserved two utility trolleys and a dolly with the truck. When I got there they said they had none. Unbelievable! The truck cab was covered in crumbs and drink spills. The location for the truck had been moved to this location even though website said it was available at the other. Uhaul needs to get a grip on its business or it needs competition. The location is fine … it’s corporate Uhaul which fks over customers.
