Omamerhi E.This location called me the day before to let me know that their mobile pick up was unavailable. I had to pick up the vehicle the day before and since I had the vehicle for a 24 hour rental, the 24 hours started when I picked up the vehicle. I also had a tight timeline to work with and couldn't just change my timeline because I had to pick up the vehicle early. The thing that bothered me the most about the experience was that the representative did not apologize once for this inconvenience. Additionally, when I voiced my frustration that I needed the vehicle the next morning and barely had time to pick up the keys the day before, the representative told me that since I only needed the vehicle until 5pm, it was "okay" for me to pick up the vehicle the day before. My issues with this situation were a) I was informed too late that other trucks from other locations were already unavailable and b) the representative did not apologize and in fact only added made the situation worse.
Ke Ru L.It was easy to get to, and the location was clearly marked as being a U-Haul location. The service was fast and efficient and the gentleman explained everything clearly. We used the vehicle without any issues and were able to return it quickly after hours. A good experience overall and definitely recommend picking up at Food World.
Viviana P.I requested for small truck but was forced to take the bigger one(higher charges) as they said the small is booked. But it was still parked even when i returned.
