Dale was helpful in making sure the auto tow was in the McKinleyville location. A phone call from the "hub" told me I would have to go to Fortuna to get the tow which would have been a terrible imposition.

I dropped off on a sunday so no one was there but everything was easy and nice to use.

RICHARD MThis has absolutely NOTHING to do with the dealer this is a issue that u haul as a company caused not the dealer that being said I am highly upset with the situation that occurred on Saturday. I scheduled a rental from noon to noon and did not get the trailer until 4 PM Saturday. Because it was double booked the person that booked the trailer for the earlier part of the day. Did not return the trailer until 4 PM so that means I didn't get my trailer until 4 PM and on top of that, you guys charged me $60 out of my account instead of the agreed upon amount of 49 ish. And then when I went to return the trailer on top of you guys taking $60 from me. You attempted to take an extra $30 from me. So I did not Check-in the trailer. Because I was not going to be charged $30. When I shouldn't have even been charged $60. This is the worst experience that I've ever had with U-haul. And I am highly anticipating going to a different rental company going forward because this is completely unacceptable. On top of all of that , the dealer went out of his way to get the trailer for me because he closed at two p m , he made sure that the person that had the trailer for the earlier part of the day called him. So that way, when he returned the trailer, he could call me and I could get it. However, I received a phone call from U-haul and the lady on the phone was highly rude and very disrespectful. I explained the situation to her and she seemed very unbothered by it and was very rude. When I told her that the dealership was going to call me when the trailer got returned. She was adamant on canceling my rental, which is just unacceptable. In my opinion, I just, I don't even know what to do at this point this is. It's ridiculous.I really want some sort of compensatissue for my troubles and my issues.And the rude behavior of yalls customer service representative I do just want to reiterate that my frustration has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the dealer.He went above and beyond for me where you guys failed tremendously
