Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe app was awful. Didn't work for the pickup or evening drop off. Refused to confirm my return of the vehicle. Cost me extra because of the rubbish app.
Matthew JThe inside of the trailer was dirty when I picked it up. The staff refused to help me put the trailer on the hitch even after I mentioned that I am a heart failure patient with a bad back and that I am disabled. Not impressed.
THEODOROS KVery friendly service from the girl at the counter, she was wonderful! The truck suited our needs, was clean and well maintained. We will rent from this location again if we need to in the future.
Jennifer WThe receptionist wasn’t very friendly, told me I had to take pictures of the back and the odometer. And then told me I had to haul all the blankets I rented into the office. She seemed very lazy. Not a great experience at all.
