The guy was able to answer all my questions and get me situated with the Uhaul. I don’t believe anything needs improvement at that location.

I had to go to multiple u-hauls to get the truck. Luckily the last spot had a truck. However, the truck had no ramp or the dolly that I paid for.

CHRISTOPHER SYour agent was very rude and arrogant to me over the phone and to my employee when the toy hauler was picked up. And was also made his feelings known when we were an hour late for our pickup. I would NEVER recommend this location.
