I requested a 20 ft uhaul, got a 10 ft. Even though up the road at the hardware store was 2 x 20 ft uhauls. Still paid the same price as a 20 ft and got a 10ft. Very dissatisfied. Tried to call and talk to an agent, spent 25 minutes on hold. Horrible customer service and will not use uhaul again.Anthony P.

When trailer was hooked up i was told that all the lights were working. As soon as i left the pickup facility i got stopped by a police officer and get a warning for the right tail light not working. I had to go to a uhaul service center in pueblo colorado where the people there where able to replace the light module and get it working again.Jana D.
My issue with this check-in was the attendant stopping what he was doing with my check-in to wait on someone else who came in after me who wanted an oil change. That made my check-in take longer and was cutting into my 5 hour rental time. On a good note, they didn't have the dolly I reserved so he gave me a utility dolly for no charge.Christina T.

Mike, the Man helping me pick up the trailer seemed to be having some trouble with the internet signal. In todays world it seems to me that he should not have these problems when customers are trying to pick up units. For some people time is very important. Manager had to sweep out the back after we arrived. Cab did not appear to have been cleaned. With Covid, this is essential. I would suggest more help at this location. One person was trying to handle oil changes as well as rentals. He was pleasant, but harried.Jean C.

I stopped in after I was done with the 26 foot truck to see where I should park it, (they have a very small parking area). I was told where to park so I I told the guy I'd go get the truck, when I got back the guy was gone. I left the key and cotract in the drop box and kept calling the business with an answering machine full. I finally reached him late the next day and he said he hadn't looked in the drop box yet. Glad I didn't get charged for another day.MAX B.
