My issue is when I booked the trailer I was able to pick a location closer to my area. The day before pick up i was told to go to a different location 25 miles away. If you can't have a rental at the location I picked don't let mebook there

Aimee HHe was almost 30 mins late to my appointment and did not even apologize. As though my time on Moving day was not as important as his schedule. Ridiculous. And charging for mileage over 50 miles is crazy! Also I got the truck with 1/4 tank of gas…
Lia MVery quick check-in, great service.
Jack PAlthough a little bit out of the way from Asheville, location had good help and made the return easy
