DENISE WI was not happy with my experience. I originally booked a U-Haul Cargo Van at a closer facility. Once I arrived there & had to call customer service, I was told that this location doesn’t offer the 24/7 (which was not what online said). The closest place was approx 10 miles away & I could only have a box truck. I had a deadline of 6pm which I missed the deadline but still needed to show up with a truck & now late. This was not acceptable & totally avoidable if your online information was accurate. Very disappointed
