Our dolly was not in the truck. This was for appliances. It made it difficult to get the washer and dryer from upstairs (13).

Fast and friendly
Robert KExperience was very positive from the beginning relative to the interaction with the friendly lady in the office who was very helpful to when we dropped off the trailer at the end of the rental period, which had to be extended for another day .. this location will be my preferred U-Haul location for future needs .. the only negative part is the paving at the corner which caused me to lose 15-20 min to pickup and another 15min to drop off but that is on Bartow County Leadership who selected the paving company to do the job 🤬

Johnny WMy truck was exactly what i needed and ready. However, the app wasn't very easy to follow. After several hours delay, and a call on a provided number, we were 2 1/2 hours late leaving because it wasn't working properly. I was paying my help by the hour. This cost me a lot of money. I had a 4:00 am pick up time and didn't leave until 6:30am. We didn't arrive home, unpack and get into bed until 1:30am. My help was paid by the hour. This cost me quite a bit of money. To say that I'm unhappy is an understatement.
