There was alot confusion with my reservation took over an hour to get my rental. I received a call from uhaul asking if I would be willing to tow a 5x8 trailer to my drop off location in bend Oregon as a courtesy for uhaul. I agreed and had to hook up the trailer and found there was no pigtail for lights. So I had to go take one from another trailer. Other than that it was fine.

Jeff SI rented in Longview WA had to go get the Trailer at this location the next Day. When I got there at the Scheduled time, no one was available to help. its a grocery store parking lot, with cars parked all over. I had to move around parked cars. With a Truck and Trailer this can be a tight space. Employee by phone was very helpfull and Friendly.
David AThe overall process of pick up was terrible. The gentleman helping me was very helpful and friendly despite having several issues with the "check-in" system. The total process took a full hour. I had a reservation several days in advance and when I got there my reservation had been changed without notification from 24 to 12 hours. While I was standing there waiting he got a call from another U-haul location telling him to cancel my reservation because "someone is on their way to get that trailer". After that I had to hook the trailer up my self, and then he hooked the safety chain to the hitch pin. This could have been catastrophic, had I not noticed and corrected him. To be clear, I in no way blame him. He clearly hadnt been properly instructed on any part of the process. He really tried as well as he could and was very polite and apologetic. I rent from U-haul regularly and this was by far my worst experience.
