Staff was nice and efficient. I would hire them if I had a similar business.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNot organized and I was given a truck with no gas even though the receipt set a quarter tank when I questioned it I was told that I would get $40 refund for putting gas in which never happened. Very disappointing. I had to get on the phone with three different people I was promised to refund and I still have not seen it and it’s almost a week later.
Angela FThe place is lacking parking. It was a pain not knowing where to park when I arrived.
VICTOR LThere is no key return box at this location… the return instructions on the app imply thats the case with all Uhaul locations.
ELIAS MThe staff was generally nice and helpful, but there is a U-Haul location two blocks away that looks like a U-Haul location. This was at a self storage location. The vehicle had over 95,000 miles on it and wouldn’t go much faster than 40 mph. The shock absorbers were horrible And the truck rattled something awful.
