The U-haul website showed this location as 'open'. However, when I contacted someone I was told they were closed and to just drop the trailer in their lot. I had an awful time getting the trailer loose from the ball on the hitch. It was impossible to turn. I finally got it. However, the grade in the lot was slightly downhill and when I pulled up on the handle to lift it off the ball the trailer lurched forward and scratched the rear bumper on our brand new Toyota Highlander not to mention that I darn near killed myself trying to stop it. I wasn't happy as you can imagine. They should tell customers if someone is going to be there to help them.

Xavier SMy location & truck was changed 3 times even though I booked it a month in advance. I ordered a dolly and it wasn’t in the UHaul. The location also didn’t update the records with the lockbox information so it took 40 minutes and 3-4 phone calls to finally get the key to the truck.
Kayla HAdd a trailer jack, trailer was extremely hard to hook up and unhook with one person to the point where it slid into and punched a little hole into my bumper. And chains it showed to pick up the trailer were not actually on the trailer.
