The App to drop off vehicle was not working correctly and staff at store not helpful had to call tech support. It should not take a person over 30 minutes to return a truck

Kenneth RVery friendly guy checked me out. Best guy working there or maybe anywhere. I didn’t get his name, but I could pick him out of a line up. Please look him up and give him a raise!..an award!… an extra vacation day! ALL OF THE ABOVE IF YOU CAN!!! Not joking here! Thanks!
JACOB GI turned the truck in the same day I took it and it wasn't reported, but it got cleared up and everything was good.there was just that little hiccup and that was all.
ROB CThe customer service at this location was the worst experience I've had. I had a reservation for 12pm to pick up my U-Haul. There was only one person in the entire location that could complete the checkout, despite having filled out everything on the app prior. When I got there just right after 12pm, the only person that could get me the keys was on their lunch break and didn't come back until almost 1:30pm. I wasted over an hour of my day waiting on the U-Haul, and I was already on a time constraint. There was never an apology, and they were not friendly either, despite my continued patience through all of it. I will never be renting a U-Haul again from this Ace Hardware.
