We needed an auto trailer because our car broke down far from home. Bighorn helped us find a location that had a trailer (it had just been returned so it wasn't clean but the other location let us have it anyway), stored our broken car while we got a truck to tow and then the trailer, then helped us get our car onto it - no mean feat - and set us up for the long drive home. They did all of this even though they were closed by the time we got back with the trailer! Robert, Amanda and Brian Watt are a small family business that go way more than the extra mile! Thanks to the Watt family for helping us out!! I couldn't recommend them more heartily!

I had to drive from Kamloops bc to chase bc to pick up my trailer, then drive back through Kamloops to Abbotsford bc, pick up my van on the trailer, drop it in Kamloops, then drive the trailer back to chase bc, kind of rediculous that there weren’t any car haulers in Kamloops bc

The location was closed. No intetaction just dropped of truck

Provide a place for after hours drop off. Big Uhaul truck blocking front entrance parking, and entrance gate was the only place to park the 8ft cargo trailer. Closed Saturday and Sunday when most people move. I wouldn't care, but I am sure they will be unhappy when they find a trailer parked in front of their entrance gate that says no parking.

Was told the trailer I was inquiring about was at the location when I arrived the trailer I was told was there was not. When using the trialer the pins that hold the ramp upright were all bent making it hard to break fresh to lower the ramp. Rental equipment should have maintaince done regularly

Have 2 1/8" ball available. Using a 2" ball with that particular trailer hitch is too loose. Very annoying clunking noise from the sloppiness

They should have told us the vehicle automatically goes into tow mode, we drove all way to Salmon Arm wondering why it was sucking up gas so bad with just a twin bed in it. Then realized it was in tow mode. Cost me $20 more in gas. please inform other customers.

The pick up and drop off locations were good but original reservation was in kamloops b.c and was horrible. I reserved trailer 2 weeks in advance and they knew where I was picking up but called me 24 hours in advance to confirm and told me I'd have to drive 3 hours out of my way to get my rental auto transport. After calling customer service and complaining they mysteriously found one little closer. Still had to drive 45 minutes out of town to pick up

We reserved in Kamloops and were sent 57 km to Chase if we wanted to be able to pick up a trailer for established day of move. 57 km!

After Uhaul could not satisfy a reservation three months in advance, I would discourage anybody that I know from using this company for their move. Customers should not have to find out their reserved trailer is not within 300kms of their location after Uhaul had three months to get the trailer to the correct city... Staff were understanding, almost like things like this happen all the time at Uhaul...
