The truck ride was so bumpy and vibrating so hard that we were nauseous throughout the trip and had back of the neck headaches. We could only tolerate going 45/50 miles an hour for much of the trip, so it took us an extra long time to get to our destination. This was a terrible experience. Apparently these trucks are not frequently inspected or tested for performance.
Joseph N.The actual location was great. However the downfall that I can see is the U-Haul 24/7 truck share. I did not have a good experience with the system. I would much rather deal with people in person over using the 24/7. I did not find it user friendly. I had problems with the checkout process as well as the check-in process.
