No one was present when I dropped off truck at 11:30 am and no one picked up the phone to provide instructions on how to drop off truck. This was the first time I used a U-Haul truck. The truck performed fine, but confusion existed when dropping off truck to a location where no one was present.
JAMES VThe truck itself was old, and in poor overall condition, no fault of acorn, U-Haul just needs to get trucks like this out of service or refurbish them.
Andrew SI reserved furniture blankets and a dolly and did not receive them. It made our move so much more difficult because we did not have the dolly. I was then charged for the dolly and blankets despite contacting customer service and being assured I would not be charged for them. Also, the app is terrible, it's clear there was insufficient end to end user testing. I found the entire process extremely frustrating and will not use U Haul ever again if I can help it.
