Richard was welcoming and very knowledgeable. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in helping us with the reservation process for our one way trip from Montreal to Chatham. He offered advice on options available to us that worked out better and saved us money. I would highly recommend using Janssen Property Management for all your Uhaul needs.
