I didn't expect to come across some of the most helpful people I've ever had the fortune of interacting with on this interaction...but I did. Everyone in the office was competent and cordial, and very authentic, there was an adorable toddler that was running the day to day operations while we were there, and she seemed to have everything under control. The two wrecker drivers that helped us get the trailer were just above and beyond helpful. I can't overstate how friendly and helpful they were. I wish I could remember their names. The only thing I would change, is the chair sitting to the side like that is very uncomfortable, I would have much preferred to be sitting across from the gentleman checking us in. The seating arrangement made the interaction a bit awkward. Maybe that's just me...
