It was not the location that was an issue, it was UHaul themselves. All systems were down and we were unable to complete a mobile pickup. It took us 2 hours to get our reserved truck, after learning that the customer who was using our truck before us never returned their truck. We had family members who took off work and we hired movers. Waiting for 2 hours pushed us back so far in our plans, we were having to pay additional fees out of pocket for our movers. While I know tech issues are can be completely out of our control, we were NEVER notified about our truck not being available until we sat on the phone for over an hour waiting for a representative, who then proceeded to tell us our truck wasn't there. While everything did get sorted out, it was just an unpleasant experience overall.

Immanuel SThe store was advertised as a smoke shop when it was really a marijuana shop. It smells of marijuana and the there was a man standing outside smoking marijuana. The clerk seemed stoned and kept asking question that were clearly in my reservation. Once he gave me the key to the rental I went online following the prompt and find that I have been given the wrong vehicle. When I went inside to tell the clerk he seemed confused as to how I could have the wrong vehicle, he started making calls to get it straightened out saying he got the trucks mixed up and gave a previous customer the wrong unit. He did get someone on the phone that resolved the issue and then the app matched the vehicle that I had been given. This experience left me feeling concerned about many things including the security of my personal data. I did not want to use this location but they were the only one in the area with a 10’ truck, and since my wife was going to have to drive it and didn’t feel comfortable driving anything bigger I had to go with them.
Nathan PTHe Drop off place was not very inviting, smelled like weed outside and the guy was eating and was not very pleasant. Then he charged for not folding the furniture pads. I have never had this done at any other location. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
