I suggest to replace the roofing as I did see water damage inside the unit and in the hallway. My items didn't get wet while I had them stored there.

Their manager Franklin was helpful, personable, and professional. Grey was amazing also. He was patient with everything he helped with. If Franklin and Grey could be at every u-haul storage I had to go to every experience would be pleasantly perfect. All of the other team members that we came in contact with at the hinesville, Ga location were extremely welcoming and friendly. -Ti’Nesha & Darrious

John M | Expérience généraleFirst storage unit had an ant infestation our things wer covered in ants and ant larvae. We got our unit switched over to another location and this location had mice. While going through our things we found dead mice in our belongings, mice pee, and nice poop.
