This location was super convenient being able to drive right up to our unit. One con we have was that we found brown balls in all of our boxes/belongings - probably some type of bug or dropping. Water did seep in on the floor under our belongings as well.

Patricia M | Overall ExperienceWent to uhaul to reserve storage for my motorcycle for a few months. Rented a 5 x 8 storage. Told the attendant that this was for a motorcycle. Got to the storage and found that it was a walk through door not large enough to put the motorcycle in. Not happy. Went back to office and canceled the storage. He assigned me a 10 X 10 storage with a garage door sized door. Got to that storage and there was an 16 to 18 inch rise to the storage floor. I would have needed a ramp to get in. By this time I'm shaking my wondering what is wrong with people today. You can't tell me he didn't know this and if he did.... shame on him. So...I am obviously not happy and I will not recommend you to anyone.
Gary G | Overall ExperienceThe only complaints I would share are the facility transitioned from a key pad code entry alarm deactivation box to a card swipe security alarm disability system. I was never informed of this or received an access card leading me to believe security alarm system has been disabled. The last complaint is the continued rise in cost of the unit from $129 when I started up to $160 when I turned over the storage unit. I do not believe I was provided any additional services.
