Have an app that actually works for remote pick-up and return. I had problems on both ends and will NEVER do a remote pick-up with the UHaul app again. I wasted a lot of time trying to get the info to go through and finally called a VERY helpful UHaul support person. This location was closed on the day I needed to use the truck but it is an EXCELLENT location for in person rentals.

I told him I did not need any dollies or pads, yet he overcharged me $25.00 and showed I rented 2 dollies and a pad, I did not and they were not in the truck. Still waiting on a credit from U-haul.......
ELIZABETH BWe were originally supposed to pick up at Storage Solutions located at 4235 Cheney Spokane road (6.3 miles from my home) but it changed last minute to the Storage Solutions located at 34919 N Newport Hwy, Chattaroy, WA 99003 (27 miles from my home). It was very inconvenient. When I called the phone number [redacted]), the reason I was given was because someone needed it to be moved from that location, which I don't understand. I asked if it could at least pick it up on 3rd in Spokane, but was told no without an explanation and I didn't understand any of the extra benefits they have me. What was I going to do with extra miles and the gas when we picked up was already at 1/4 mile? Horrible customer service. I also just got a text to drop it off at 3rd in Spokane when we were already in Richland. My account shows drop off complete in Richland. The man at the Chattaroy location was nice, though.
