Took over an hour to get the truck due to poor WiFi, location not open, and app not processing due to poor cellular service. I ordered pads and appliance dolly. The dolly was not in the truck. Very poor experience.

Location was closed during business hours. I had to drop keys and contract in the drop box. Two days later I received a text from U-Haul stating that my truck was overdue.

Alissa HThe only suggestion is not something the location can do really, but cell service at the location is terrible. My husband and I have different carriers and neither of us had much signal at the location which makes mobile pick up and drop off a little challenging. We arrived at the same time as another customer who had a difference cell service than we do and he also had issues with signal strength. Just a little frustrating. Otherwise, a great experience. We will continue to use U-Haul for sure!!!
