Too many different people waiting on me who did not know what they were doing. The system was very slow. It took too long to check in and out. I would not go back to this location.

The mechanics need a checklist and a QA inspection after every maintenance performed. My truck broke a u joint, the roadside mechanic found all the bolts loose, he was able to remove them by hand.

harvey S.My reservation was canceled with no explaination. The point of return was closed. Returned to another location. They also couldn't find my reservation in the system. Needed a receipt for reimbursement but could only be given one with a $0 charge. Was on the call back wait list, when finally called back, the automated system hung up on me. Went through that process AGAIN. Got a call later that day inquiring about the return of the trailer that I DID return over a week ago. Asked again for a receipt and was AGAIN sent a receipt for $0 charge.
