Make sure the gas is right and better milage percentage because the milage didn't add up to where I had to drive to and the extra milage from the location to my house to pick up my belongings to drive them to my new location.

The service there was excellent and i was able to get the truck i needed due to the poor service aqua wash carwash wasn't open and i had to relocate for a truck.

I love this 63rd Kedize because customer service is great. The Tanya you Rock!!! Just think I use to go to oaklawn but they mess up my service after a week in advance and didn't pay for there mistake wow!!! Yes I am pissed still about that and I tell people to go to 63rd Kedize where people are real yeah!!!!!!

The computers went down it took over two hours to rent. My wife had to call and was put on hold for about 15 mins. Everyone was friendly though in the meantime

Customer service need to be unforced there.. On9/25/18 i came in for a reservation at 11am. And was told to swipe my card a second time.. I didnt have card and made me question well why was is swiped the day before when i made the reservation.. Secondly the money was withdrawn from my account leading me to be negative something she also did not explain.. If she would have tpld me.. There needs to be atleast this balance or you will be overdrawn...nothing of that nature was explained... Plus her attitude was shitty...

I rented a cargo van for a few hours. Sunday 09/09/18 at 5:00pm and was told to bring it back at 8:30pm. When I did the walk through with the employee I noticed the mileage was off. He said he was writing it down to adjust the records. I returned the van at the scheduled time and dropped the keys in the drop box as requested. Today 09/10/18 I received my receipt and noticed I was charged for 2 days for the rental and insurance. I also noticed that the mileage was never changed. When i called to address the issue, Tonya, said she will talk to the guy who took care of me and then call me back and then refund my card for the amount that was charged incorrectly. I never received a call back. So i decided to call about 6:30 pm. I spoke to the guy who took care of me and he said i returned the van late. I told him what time i returned the van and he put me on hold (for whatever reason). I was on hold for 25 mins and he never came back on. I ended up hanging up and calling again. No one answered but the answering service picked up after quite a few rings. The issue is still not resolved and i haven't been refunded any money. I feel i should be refunded the entire amount for the complete inconvenience.

The reason why I had to go to Tanya West Site is because the Cicero Store on 88th street gave my Cargo Van to someone else. I made my reservation on August 9th to fine out on August 16th my Van was given to someone else. Did they accommodate no but wanting me to go further out Thank RUSS. WHAT HAPPEN TO MY FIFTHY DOLLARS FOR PUTTING OUT BUT I WILL CONTINUE TO GO TO TANYA THANK YOU FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL SPIRIT YEAH. RUSS OR ROSS FROM 88TH CICERO COULD HAVE SAID I WILL UPGRADE AND YOU PAY SAME BUT NO REALLY LOOKING FOR SOME FEEDBACK FROM A MANAGER FROM THE BIG OFFICE THANK YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY.
