The rachet straps were so rusty that they would not move until I sprayed both of them with WD 40. The tag light on the driver side was missing a lense and the center rear marker light was just about to fall out of the trailer housing.A couple of the the tires needed to be replaced.The employees at this location did not do anything to assist me in connecting the transport,they said when I got it connected to my truck pull in front of the store so they could take a photo of my truck tag.I said something to them about the needed repairs and they said it will be ok go ahead on your trip.

They were very nice and helpful and I'd use them again.
JHERMANIE FI was very unhappy with the service. The gentleman charged me $60.64 for for $29.95 truck. I only use less than 5 miles gas was where it was when I received it. I requested the 1995 truck the 10 inch he told me that the truck was already scheduled to go out, which was not true. I only used the truck for an hour. The 10 inch truck was still there when I came back. This was the worst experience I ever had dealing with a U-Haul. The gentleman tried to get over on me and I am not happy at all.

JENNIFER CThis location was a secondary drop off. After the original drop-off location REFUSED to accept the return, U-Haul costumer service worked with me to set up the return at this location. The people at this secondary location were pleasant to work with, and were happy to accept the return.
